Why am I a Physical Therapist: I suffered a back injury playing high school sports that plagued me for two seasons until I saw a physical therapist. He had me playing pain-free in just three weeks. I was amazed. I was lucky to find a career that I love early in my life that I still love as much to this day.
Continuing education commitment: Over my 30 year career I’ve taken a large amount of continuing education, but have focused largely on sports medicine and orthopedics. I’ve focused my career mostly on the extremities and specialize on the shoulder and knee more specifically.
Personal interest: I love spending time with my kids and grandkids the most. I also love fishing in both fresh and salt water. Catching crabs is the best.
Educational background: I have a degree in physical therapy from West Virginia University and a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in healthcare from Troy University.
