Why I am a Physical/Occupational Therapist:
I pursued a career in physical therapy because of my desire to help others and use problem solving skills. After several years working as a PT I believe that I am privileged to be able to do both everyday on the job. Everyone has a unique set of circumstances and to strive to find what works best for each person makes each day exciting to me.
Continuing Education Commitment:
I have taken numerous specialty manual therapy and therapeutic exercise courses (including spine and extremities) through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT), Ola Grimsby Institute, and Institute of Physical Art. I plan on study for further certifications in manual therapy with special interests in sports rehab, work and motor vehicle injuries and TMJ/TMD.
I love spending time with my wife and children, especially in the great outdoors- We enjoy camping, hiking and my little ones are just starting to like fishing, and biking, etc. I have been rooting for the Seahawks way before it was cool to do so. “Go Hawks!”
