Why I am a Physical/Occupational Therapist:

I enjoy assessing and problem solving for each patient’s condition or injury to be able to provide them with the most effective care and allow them to function at their desired level of activity. 

Continuing Education Commitment:

I love to continually expand my skills and take advantage of the latest advances in the field of Orthopedic Physical Therapy. I have taken continuing education in treatment of spine conditions, completing advanced courses through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy. Other educational courses include: Vestibular disorders and treatment; Rehabilitation of sports injuries; Gait analysis and orthotics casting; and Application of fine wire EMG testing.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy gardening –it’s my outlet for my artistic creativity. Walking, yoga, golfing and being with my family round out keeping me busy in off-work hours.

Educational Background:

I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Rehabilitation Medicine and Certification in both Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
