Why I am a Physical Therapist: I’ve always been active and so developed a deep appreciation for movement. Physical therapy was a natural choice when I combined my love of activity and health. Through partnering with my patients to accomplish their goals, I get to help them return to what’s important to them; that’s why I enjoy being a physical therapist.
Continuing Education Commitment: My interest is in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Health, specifically. I am taking courses through the American Physical Therapy Association’s Section on Women’s Health in pursuit of a board-certification specialization in Women’s Health. I will also improve my manual therapy skills through an upcoming year-long residency in manual therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute.
Personal Interests: I love drinking good coffee, playing board and card games, being outside, hiking in the beautiful Cascades, and playing ultimate frisbee.
